Established in 1988, Perine Design Associates has a portfolio of over three decades of experience with projects ranging from historical to contemporary to transitional. We blend elements of both architectural and landscape design, working with spatial composition to fit the unique lifestyle of our clients and achieve the highest quality home on schedule and within budget. Design matters and we believe the spaces in which we live and work have a direct impact on our creativity, emotions and overall well-being.

 

Designer Laura Perine received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke College, completed the Environmental and Interior Design Program at UCLA, and took coursework at the Harvard Graduate School of Architecture and Design. She worked for architectural design companies in Boston, Los Angeles and Orange County before establishing her own firm in Southern California. Reflecting years of experience, her portfolio includes custom homes in the Kohala Coast of Hawaii as well as Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Coto de Casa and Laguna Beach in California. The broad scope of her projects can be seen in the commercial, hospitality and residential sectors, including the Far East National Bank of Newport Beach, the Shimizu Hotel in Japan, Telos University in Utah, Coastline College, and custom design residences throughout Southern California.
